The fusion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Internet of Things (IoT) systems has opened new frontiers in smart communication and scheduling. This paper presents a forward-looking integration of AI into smart display systems, particularly in educational and organizational environments. By combining predictive modeling, augmented reality (AR), and user personalization, smart displays transform into intelligent assistants rather than static information boards. The proposed architecture utilizes ESP32 microcontrollers, real-time cloud APIs, and AI scheduling models to deliver adaptive, multi-user communication interfaces. The research highlights improved efficiency, accessibility, and scalability, setting the stage for future innovation in real-time display systems.
