Project management has seen a revolution thanks to the Agile methodology, particularly in IT companies. Traditional methods generally fail to cope with the constantly shifting demands of customers and the quick changes in technology. the Agile platform, with its continual, flexible, and focused on clients approach, has gained appeal for improving project delivery. This study examines how Agile methodology affects IT organizations' teamwork, stakeholder satisfaction, project success, and efficiency. In-depth literature reviews, analyses of current Agile techniques, and real-world case studies are all featured in the study. There is also discussion of important Agile tools, frameworks, and algorithms. Although successful implementation, team maturity, and organizational culture are necessary for Agile to succeed, the results demonstrate that Agile greatly increases time-to-market, lowers project risks, and improves team performance.
