In today's digital era, customers are increasingly engaging in online transactions for a variety of services, such as purchasing cosmetics, booking airline tickets, and managing healthcare needs. These services are often centralized, and customer satisfaction is typically measured through feedback and rating systems. Such ratings play a significant role in attracting future customers by providing insights into service quality and user experiences. However, traditional systems are vulnerable to data manipulation, where authorized personnel may alter or delete unfavourable feedback to maintain a positive reputation. To address this issue and ensure the integrity of customer reviews, a blockchain-based accurate rating system is proposed. This decentralized approach distributes data across multiple nodes, making it tamper-resistant and eliminating the influence of centralized control. In this system, participants interact directly without intermediaries or a central authority overseeing the process. Additionally, the implementation utilizes a Test Net environment—a blockchain instance that operates with the same or most recent software version—allowing for safe experimentation without affecting the main blockchain or involving real currency.
