This paper introduces an automated payroll management system designed to simplify and streamline salary processing within organizations. The system allows administrators to efficiently manage employee information, track attendance, apply allowances and deductions, and calculate monthly salaries with minimal manual effort. It also maintain Leave Management according to the Leave Policy, Loan Approval, based on experience Promotions also. Built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the frontend, Python framework Flask for the backend and excel sheet as for database storage, the application provides secure access for both administrators through a login interface. Administrators can generate pay slips based on either half-month or full month salary cycles, which can be downloaded in PDF format. Employees can receive their payroll statements via email. By replacing traditional manual methods, the system significantly reduces errors, improves processing speed, and ensures accurate record-keeping of payroll data.
