Introduction: Dengue fever is a viral infection transmitted by mosquitoes, significantly contributing to morbidity among children in tropical and subtropical areas. Ayurveda categorizes these situations as Aupasargika Jwara, characterized by tridosha exacerbation and rakta dushti. Methods: An analysis of classical Ayurvedic texts, including Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya, and Kashyapa Samhita, was conducted in conjunction with the WHO 2009 dengue guidelines to establish an integrative pediatric therapy paradigm. The WHO's classification into Groups A, B, and C corresponds with the Ayurvedic stages of Prathama, Madhyama, and Prasakta/Sannipata Avastha Jwara, respectively. Stage-specific therapeutic principles encompassing langhana, pachana, raktaprasadana, and rasayana might enhance contemporary supportive care. Conclusion: The integration of stage-wise Ayurveda therapy with WHO standards may enhance clinical results, diminish complications, and facilitate recovery in pediatric dengue.
