This paper proposes a machine learning based gym management system to optimize exercise equipment usage and enhance member fitness out comes using the Gym Members Exercise Dataset from Kaggle. Through exploratory data analysis (EDA) and machine learning models, including Random Forest and Support Vector Machines (SVM), the system iden tifies high-impact exercise machines for muscle mass gain and fat loss. Results show that strength train ing machines, such as leg presses and chest presses, significantly contribute to muscle gain, while cardio machines like treadmills excel in fat loss. The system provides personalized workout recommendations and equipment management insights, improving gym effi ciency and member satisfaction.
