The integration of Industry 4.0 technologies offers transformative opportunities to enhance the sustainability of supply chain management. This study explores the opportunities in integrating Industry 4.0 technologies for sustainable supply chain management using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) approach. Key opportunities include improved efficiency through automation, enhanced transparency with block-chain, reduced environmental impact via optimized logistics, and better decision-making supported by AI. Industry 4.0 technologies also foster collaboration, adaptability, cost savings, and innovation. By structuring these opportunities hierarchically, the study provides actionable insights for leveraging digital transformation to achieve both economic and environmental sustainability in supply chains.
