Family and surroundings are the place where every individual seek support. Homosexual individuals also yearn for familial support and understanding. However, they often receive rejection and humiliation from them. It becomes severe when the people outside their family start humiliating and torturing them. They suffer from rejection, lack of support, humiliation, and abuse everywhere. It makes them hollow from the inside. It makes them psychologically weak. They start questioning their self-worth, place in society and family. It makes them doubt their existence and sense of belonging. This research paper discusses these points in the lives of homosexual individuals through the study of the novel The Clothesline Swing by Ahmad Danny Ramadan by employing Qualitative research methodology.
