Study the impact of Rajyoga lifestyle on Holistic well being of the senior citizens

Authors

Abstract

At present senior citizens are suffering from anxiety and depression and loneliness. Because of they're children are busy with their own family members as well as busy with their schedules. They have no time to spend some time with their parents. Parents are mentally abused and touched. So I want to teach them to practice Rajyoga meditation and lead their life happily. Free from mentally distressed and physically problems also.

Key Words

Change their psychological and mental tension.
