Title

Personalized Nutrition through 3D Food Printing: Field Research from Low-Income and Elderly Communities in India

Abstract

The article presents Aryaman Agarwal’s research on personalized nutrition through 3D food printing, conducted in South Delhi’s low-income communities and elderly homes. It examines malnutrition challenges among children and seniors, highlights dietary gaps, and proposes 3D-printed, nutrient-rich, age-appropriate meals as a scalable solution to complement government schemes and fight India’s nutrition crisis.
