This study explores the motivational factors among faculty members at Yashoda Technical Campus, Satara, through the lens of McClelland’s Three Needs Theory. Utilizing a structured questionnaire distributed among teaching staff, the research identifies the predominant motivational drives—achievement, power, and affiliation—and statistically examines their relationship to demographic variables. The findings indicate high levels of achievement and affiliation motivation, and a moderate to high inclination toward institutional power. These insights inform recommendations for role assignment and institutional strategies to enhance organizational performance.
