Title

INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING ON CONSUMER BUYING BEHAVIOUR SIVAKASI

Abstract

Social media marketing has emerged as one of the most powerful tools in influencing consumer behavior in the digital era. Social media platforms provide businesses with opportunities to engage directly with customers, to build customers and to get long term relationship with customers. This study is based on both primary and secondary data. The researcher has used weighted arithmetic mean and chi-square test to analyse the association between level of influence of social media marketing on consumer buying behavior in the study area.
