Industrial training plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application for engineering students. This paper presents a review of the training experience undertaken at a medium scale manufacturing industry, focusing on production processes, quality control, machine operations, workplace safety, and departmental responsibilities. The report highlights the key learning outcomes, exposure to advanced machinery such as CNC and VMC, and the relevance of industrial practices in enhancing technical competence. The paper also evaluates the role of such training in preparing students for professional engineering careers.
