Title

A study on the recent trends in Rural marketing in India

Abstract

In India, almost 70% of the population lives in rural areas, where the majority of people work in agriculture. Due to a lack of marketing facilities in rural areas, they are still having difficulty selling their output to final consumers while producing agricultural products year-round. Rural markets are becoming a significant component of the global market, and they are expanding more quickly than India's urban markets. Marketing in rural areas becomes a difficult issue for company units as a result of digitalization and the increase in rural residents' incomes and income levels in India. This study outlines the issues and future prospects of rural marketing in India as well as the state of the Indian rural market at the moment.
