Title

The Impact of the Fundamental Ayurvedic Principles of Dosha, Dhatu, and Mala on the Aging Process

Abstract

The balance of Dosha (bioenergies), Dhatu (tissues), and Mala (waste products) is central to the health of Ayurveda, the oldest Indian medical system. Samyata (equilibrium) of Dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Dhatu (seven bodily tissues), and Mala (urine, faeces, perspiration) are the prerequisites for health in the Bharatiya (Indian) way of life that are examined in this article. In order to demonstrate their functions and interactions as well as useful techniques for preserving balance, this work narrative examines both traditional Ayurvedic writings and contemporary interpretations. The findings highlight the importance of lifestyle elements in reaching Samyata, such as food (Ahara), daily routine (Dinacharya), and mental health (Manas). These ideas offer a framework for comprehensive preventative and therapeutic care and are still pertinent in today's health discourse. This study supports the ageold Ayurvedic principles for longterm health.
