AI has transformed into a core component of corporate finance and has shifted decision making processes. AI is a key player in improving forecasting, risk management, and strategic planning through the use of machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. This study looks at how AI has gone from a basic tool to a strategic business partner. While AI delivers unrivaled precision and operational efficiency it also requires high quality data which is at the base of the system, that the algorithms used are explainable, and the role of human is still very present. The future of corporate finance will see us in a partnership with AI taking on the complex data centered tasks and people to take care of the analytics and ethical issues.
