Title

THE QUANTUM REVOLUTION: HOW ENTANGLEMENT AND QUANTUM STATES POWER NEXT-GENERATION COMPUTING

Abstract

Quantum computing fundamentally differs from classical computing as it operates on the principles of quantum mechanics, leveraging phenomena such as superposition and entanglement. Unlike classical computers, quantum computers can process information at remarkably higher speeds, primarily due to the power of quantum entanglement. Interest in quantum entanglement and its applications has grown exponentially over recent years. Over the past decade, substantial advancements have been made in the implementation of quantum computation within the field of quantum information. This study draws upon secondary, indexed literature spanning nearly a century, collected from multiple databases using specific keywords. It explores the foundations of quantum computing and its diverse applications, emphasizing the critical role of quantum entanglement in computational processes. Overall, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of quantum computing, its applications, and the significance of quantum entanglement.
