Abstract
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 in India encourages the implementation of blended learning (BL) approaches, as a way to enhance quality of education which combine routine and traditional classroom teaching with online learning, digital resources, and technology-enabled education system. Blended learning (BL) has the potential to increase the quality of education by making learning more personalized, interactive, and accessible. However, it also comes with its set of challenges and opportunities like infrastructure, teacher training, and teacher availability, etc.
