This study explores the integration of blockchain technology to strengthen data security and interoperability within healthcare management systems. Advanced mechanisms such as Proof-of-Authority, Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance, Federated Learning, and Zero-Knowledge Proofs were implemented to address privacy and integrity challenges in medical data handling. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed blockchain framework processed transactions 35% faster and improved data retrieval accuracy by 22% compared to conventional systems. The model also achieved 98.5% data integrity while supporting 500 transactions per second, confirming its scalability and robustness. By preventing unauthorized access and enabling transparent data sharing among healthcare entities, the framework enhances both security and operational efficiency. The findings further indicate that combining blockchain with modern computing technologies significantly reduces system latency and workload. Overall, this research contributes to existing literature by presenting a practical, high-performance approach for secure and scalable patient data management in modern healthcare ecosystems.
