The problems faced by street vendors in Guntur City, which affect both their work and daily life. Most vendors live in poverty, earning small and irregular incomes that are barely enough to meet basic needs. They often face harassment from authorities and the risk of being evicted, making their work insecure. Many vending areas lack basic facilities like clean drinking water, toilets, waste disposal, and proper shelters, forcing vendors to work in unsafe and unhygienic conditions.
