Soldiers face extreme conditions requiring advanced wearable solutions. This paper presents a Thermal Regulating Military Jacket that integrates health monitoring, fall detection, thermal control, night vision, GPS, and mesh communication. The system uses sensors to track vital signs and detect emergencies, while the thermal module adapts to weather. Night vision improves low-light visibility, and mesh communication enables connectivity without internet. Testing showed reliable performance in health monitoring, accident detection, climate adaptation, and communication. The jacket improves safety, comfort, and situational awareness, offering a multifunctional solution for modern defense needs.
