Leadership qualities play an important role in shaping the character and confidence of adolescent girls. During teenage years, many young people begin to develop these qualities through school activities, leadership programmes, and community involvement. However, the development of leadership qualities among girls often faces more challenges compared to boys due to social, cultural, and personal factors. This study focuses on the leadership qualities of adolescent girls in the context of Nagaland. The objectives of the study are to identify the leadership qualities of adolescent girls, to understand the problems they face in developing these qualities, and to suggest ways to improve and strengthen them. The study follows a descriptive design and uses a secondary source as the tools for the study. The findings aim to help educators, parents, and institutions support adolescent girls in becoming confident and capable leaders for the future.
