Title

Self-Healing Antenna for Implantable Sensors Monitoring Cancer Treatment Analysis

Abstract

Recent developments in biomedical engineering have emphasized the need for compact and high-performance antennas capable of operating efficiently within complex biological environments practical output of a baseline microstrip patch antenna intended for the Self-Healing Antenna for Implantable Sensors Monitoring Cancer Treatment Analysis .This initial design operates in the 2.45 GHz Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) band, providing a foundational electromagnetic structure. Simulated using CST Studio Suite on a standard dielectric substrate with copper metallization, the inset-fed patch antenna (substrate: 80×80×1.5 mm³, patch: 47×29.3 mm²) resonates at 2.447 GHz. Key performance metrics include a return loss (S1,1) of -29.04 dB and a Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) of 1.07, indicating excellent impedance matching. The antenna exhibits a -10 dB bandwidth suitable for ISM band communication and a broadside radiation pattern with approximately 6 dBi peak directivity. Simulation result are in Good agreement with practical result
