Title

Inclusive Strategies for Children with Special Needs (CWSN): A Comprehensive Review and Framework for Practice

Abstract

Inclusive education has become a global priority, emphasizing equitable access and participation for Children with Special Needs (CWSN). Despite policy advancements, significant gaps remain in classroom implementation, teacher preparedness, resource allocation, and stakeholder collaboration. This paper provides a comprehensive review of inclusive strategies for CWSN, synthesizing best practices across pedagogical, technological, environmental, and socio-emotional domains. A conceptual framework is proposed to guide practitioners, policymakers, and researchers in strengthening inclusive education systems. Recommendations for future research and sustainable implementation are also discussed
