The present study aims to ascertain the level of psychological hardiness among CBSE teachers in Bangalore. A sample of 60 teachers was selected for the study. Data were collected using the Psychological Hardiness Scale developed by Kobasa S. C. and Maddi S. R. (1982). The data were analysed using the SPSS software. The findings revealed that teachers in Bangalore exhibited varying levels of psychological hardiness, reflecting differences in their capacity to cope with stress and professional challenges in the educational setting.
