This paper presents the Intelligent Recruitment System, an end-to-end AI-powered recruitment automation platform designed to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and fairness of hiring processes. The system integrates multiple natural language processing (NLP) and speech technologies to automate resume screening, interview question generation, live interview conduction, and post-interview evaluation. It employs OpenAI APIs for language model-driven operations, Whisper for real-time speech-to-text transcription, FFmpeg for synchronized audio video processing, and Twilio for secure video interview sessions. A Flask-based backend and React-based front-end ensure seamless user interaction, while the integrated scoring model combines both rule-based and LLM-driven evaluations to provide fair candidate ranking. The proof-of-concept prototype demonstrates the feasibility of an intelligent, automated recruitment pipeline aligned with ethical AI principles and fair hiring standards.
