Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a powerful tool in modern cybersecurity because cyberattacks are increasing every day and becoming more complex. Traditional security systems depend on fixed rules, which cannot detect new or unknown threats effectively. To solve this, cybersecurity now uses Machine Learning (ML) to analyze large amounts of data, learn patterns, and automatically detect suspicious activities. Using ML, AI systems can identify phishing attacks, malware, and online fraud by studying user behavior, email content, website patterns, network traffic, and system logs. These models can spot unusual activities much faster than humans and reduce false alarms. With the rise of digital transactions, cloud computing, and social media, attackers are finding new ways to target users. AI-powered cybersecurity provides real-time protection by predicting and blocking threats before they cause damage. In simple terms, AI with ML helps cybersecurity become smarter, faster, and more accurate, making it a key technology for protecting data and digital systems today.
