Patient satisfaction is extremely important for any hospital, as their feedback helps the hospital improve its services. This is why this research paper on patient satisfaction at M.P. Birla Hospital has been written. In this study, daily feedback was collected from patients admitted to the hospital. The findings revealed that most patients were satisfied with the doctors’ treatment, their behavior, the quality of food, and the overall hospital environment. However, some patients were slightly dissatisfied with the behavior of certain nurses and also complained about delays in the billing process. Some feedback was constructive, which helped identify areas for improvement in the hospital. Overall, after analyzing the complete feedback, the response was found to be largely positive.
