This paper examines export operations in the dyes & pigments industry, using an embedded case study of Saujanya Exports based on a 48-day internship (Desai, 2025). It analyzes market entry strategies, sampling and quality assurance, documentation workflows, and risks in exporting to Vietnam and Ethiopia. Through a literature-backed framework, the study highlights how digital transformation, quality control, and trade-specific strategies influence export performance. Key recommendations include using digital documentation systems, improving CRM, and proactively obtaining certifications.
