This research paper studies the sales and strategies used in the higher education sector, focusing on Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (BVCOE). The study examines how sales approaches, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation influence student admissions and institutional growth. Based on practical insights from an MBA internship in the admissions department of BVCOE (2024–25), it highlights how effective communication, branding, and process management play a vital role in attracting and retaining students in a highly competitive education environment.
