In this paper,we are presenting the model of an e-marketplace that aims to link citizens with certified legal professionals such as lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, notaries and document writers. Our objective is to provide a transparent, technology-drivenand structure ecosystem to bridge accessibility between the customers and yellow shoes providers, especially in tier 2 towns and cities.Key functionality such as provider verification, incentive-based onboarding, and service listing including intelligent search processes are planned for the proposed platform along withsecure payment procedures and client feedback facilities. Theplatform has been built in React. js, React Native, and Node. js focusing on scalability, securityand user experience.Our study shows that the incentive-based arrangement considerably spurs legal professionals’ participation, builds trust of citizens in services and increases the availability of services to public at large. The platform is a unique application of digitallegal transformation and drives inclusive access to justice via technology driven, formal stakeholder participation.
