Title

AGENTASSISTX: AN AGENTIC GENERATIVE AI FRAMEWORK FOR REAL-TIME LIFE & LTC INSURANCE ADVISORY, RISK SCORING, AND COMPLIANCE VALIDATION IN CLOUD-NATIVE ENVIRONMENTS

Abstract

Advanced, real-time risk assessment and advising solutions that enable transparency, compliance, and customer-focused decision-making are needed as LTC and life insurance markets become increasingly complex. Manual workflows, lack of personalization, and disconnected regulatory validation hamper traditional advice and underwriting. An AI platform called AgentAssistX may incorporate cloud-native capabilities, including automatic compliance validation, real-time policy advising, and dynamic risk rating. The mixed-methods study combined data from a Google Forms survey of insurance stakeholders (n=10 questions) and a secondary literature review on AI-driven insurance systems, agentic architectures, and cloud-native deployment strategies. Agentic AI and cloud-native infrastructures enable scalability, transparency, and reliability for regulatory insurance domains, according to research. AI-enhanced advising, risk grading, and automated regulatory checks are desired by survey respondents. AgentAssistX uses generic advisory agents, autonomous risk scorers, compliance validation agents, and a cloud-native orchestration layer for security, explainability, and modularity. The paper states that AgentAssistX can cover insurance technology gaps and enable regulatory sandbox trials, advanced explainable AI, and pilot testing.
