Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that needs careful stage monitoring and timely medication adherence. This paper presents a proposed smart healthcare ecosystem that integrates an automated medicine feeder with a Parkinson’s disease stage ssssssssclassification system. The system uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology for scheduling and delivering medication. It also incorporates a machine learning approach to predict disease stages based on clinical and sensor data. This literature review summarizes recent progress in IoT-enabled healthcare devices, techniques for classifying Parkinson’s stages, and automated medication systems. The proposed system combines these ideas to improve patient safety, enhance medication adherence, and support remote monitoring. It discusses key challenges like data privacy, system reliability, and user-friendliness. Finally, it outlines future directions including the integration of wearable sensors and real-time feedback from clinicians.
