The GPS-enabled blind stick represents a major advancement in assistive technology, providing improved mobility and safety for visually impaired individuals. This blind stick’s main motive is to make impaired people walk safely and with more confidence. The stick uses different sensors to give important alerts to the user. A UV sensor warns when the sunlight contains harmful ultraviolet rays, helping the user stay protected. A rain sensor detects the first sign of rain so the user can take precautions. The GPS module tracks the user’s location and can share it with family members or caretakers during an emergency. Remote integration allows the stick to be controlled or located using a remote button, making it easy to find if misplaced. The stick also gives vibration or sound alerts when obstacles are detected in front of the user. By combining safety sensors, location tracking, and simple alert systems, the project aims to make daily movement easier, safer, and more independent for visually impaired individuals.
