Project management will continue to be one of the driving elements of better operational efficiencies within many tech-focused industries. This project management study on how practices utilized by QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt Ltd, in conjunction with current digital QA and Finitech practices, has provided real-world benefits such as improved communication, accuracy, documentation, and workflow discipline. Data collection was done through an internship within the PMO office, observing coworkers' activities, completing given tasks, and submitting reports and analyzing processes. These demonstrate that, upon following a defined methodology for managing projects-a good example is the use of automated timesheet records, validating financial records, and a standardized report format-project visibility and operational efficiency became much better. The research also supports other similar research evidence that project management has contributed to increased productivity, reduced delays, and improved communication in IT environments. Finally, the paper makes some recommendations on what can still be done for companies to further improve their operational performances, which include continued investment in automation, building up for better collaboration between both internal and external teams, and greater accuracy in documentation.
