This study explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in athletics to improve athlete performance, prevent injuries, and manage sports effectively. By employing sophisticated data analysis, machine learning, computer vision, and real-time monitoring techniques, the approach consists of analysing extensive datasets gathered from wearable sensors, video analysis, and medical imaging to produce useful insights. Essential findings show that AI greatly enhances performance evaluation, allows for tailored training and rehab plans, and aids in predicting injury risks. These advancements promote enhanced scientific reasoning, improve training approaches, and assist in creating customized injury prevention plans. The consequences emphasize AI's revolutionary capacity to professionalize sports events, enhance the growth of the sports sector, and support individualized physical education. In general, the application of AI in sports is set to enhance athletic performance and athlete health, creating a more effective and creative sports environment.
