This research paper investigates the significant impact of digital transformation on traditional business models and the parallel emergence of digital entrepreneurship. This paper involves a systematic review of recent literature and case studies. The study examines the complex challenges encountered by established organizations during digital technology integration, such as legacy system inertia, cultural resistance, and capacity gaps. Additionally, the analysis considers new entrepreneurial models that are disrupting industries, including platform-based businesses, subscription services, and ventures driven by artificial intelligence. The results indicate that effective digital transformation necessitates not only technological adoption but also comprehensive organizational restructuring and cultural change. Furthermore, digital entrepreneurs are utilizing technology to develop more agile and customer-centric business models. The paper concludes by outlining the implications for traditional businesses navigating digital disruption and suggests future research directions within this rapidly evolving context.
