Title

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Management Education: Transforming Teaching and Learning in India

Abstract

The technology plays a crucial role in the process of learning nowadays. It is remarkable to observe how Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Intelligence is transforming education by fostering engagement and catering to individual needs. One can easily envision a classroom where lessons are tailored to each student's specific requirements, allowing teachers to focus on inspiring their students instead of being overwhelmed by administrative tasks. This is not merely a fantasy; it is currently in progress. AI is emerging as a vital component in education, improving the learning experience for both students and educators. In this regard, reviewed various studies and observed that there are studies have been carried out regarding the impact of AI in higher education and technical education; however, there is a scarcity of research in the field of management education. Hence, there is need to study the how AI is revolutionizing management education in India. This study adopts a descriptive and exploratory research design. It is descriptive because it aims to study the current status of AI adoption in management education in India and exploratory because it seeks to examine new dimensions such as how AI is revolutionizing management teaching methodologies and enhancing student learning outcomes and to explore the application of AI tools in teaching leadership styles. The results of the study indicate that artificial intelligence could transform management education in India by elevating the quality of teaching, enhancing student outcomes, and preparing future managers with the necessary skills for today's competitive business landscape driven by technology.
