Abstract The study aims to examine how the War of Iron Swords (Israel War) influenced the well-being of Arab-Israeli administrators and instructors. Using a qualitative methodology, the researcher conducted interviews with 25 Arab-Israeli educators and administrators and focus group discussions with 12 education and administration experts. The findings revealed that the war significantly affected the educational work environment, consequently impacting the well-being of these professionals. It created tension, sparked conflicting emotions, and adversely affected their personal lives outside of work. Despite these challenges, the educational staff remains committed to achieving learning objectives. Their motivation is driven by a desire to excel in their efforts and earn the respect of their peers.
