Residential construction projects frequently encounter crisis situations that negatively influence cost control, schedule performance, safety, and overall project efficiency. These challenges arise due to a combination of financial, regulatory, technological, environmental, and organizational factors. This research presents a quantitative evaluation of crisis management practices in residential construction projects using Monte Carlo simulation. Ten significant crisis factors were identified and analyzed under both pre-mitigation and post-mitigation conditions to examine their probability and impact on project performance. The probabilistic simulation results indicate a notable decline in risk magnitude and uncertainty after implementing appropriate mitigation measures, with distributions shifting toward lower-risk outcomes. The study demonstrates that data-driven risk mitigation significantly enhances project resilience and confirms the usefulness of Monte Carlo simulation as an effective analytical approach for supporting crisis-related decision-making in residential construction projects.
