Trisomy 21 is the most common chromosomal aneuploidy seen in live births and is associated with increased recurrence risk in women with an adverse obstetric history. This case report describes a pregnant woman with a previous pregnancy affected by developmental delay and a high-risk first-trimester screening result for Trisomy 21 (1:105). Homoeopathic case evaluation indicated a dominant syphilitic miasmatic background, for which Syphilinum 1M was prescribed as an intercurrent remedy. Subsequent antenatal follow-ups, including a detailed fetal anomaly scan, showed no structural or aneuploidy markers, and the pregnancy resulted in the birth of a healthy baby. The case highlights the supportive role of homoeopathic management alongside routine prenatal screening, without implying modification of chromosomal pathology.
