Sidharthaka Snana Choornam is a classical Ayurvedic polyherbal bathing powder traditionally used in the management of kushta(Skin diseases). Despite its extensive clinical use in dermatological conditions, systematic pharmacological validation of this formulation remains limited. The present study aimed to scientifically evaluate the phytochemical composition and pharmacological properties of Sidharthaka Snana Choornam, with emphasis on its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and dermatoprotective activities. The formulation was prepared according to classical Ayurvedic texts using authenticated raw materials and subjected to standardization through preliminary phytochemical screening, physicochemical analysis, and TLC fingerprint profiling. Physicochemical and phytochemical parameters were found to be within acceptable quality limits, and no acute dermal toxicity was observed. The findings substantiate the traditional therapeutic claims of Sidharthaka Snana Choornam and suggest that it may serve as a safe and effective topical agent for the management of inflammatory and infectious dermatoses.
