Chronic varicose ulcers are a manifestation of chronic venous insufficiency and are associated with delayed healing, frequent recurrence, and significant impairment of quality of life. Management remains challenging, particularly in individuals exposed to prolonged occupational standing. Case Summary: A 32-year-old male presented with a chronic non-healing varicose ulcer on the medial aspect of the right lower leg for four years, associated with pain, itching, and serous discharge. Individualised homoeopathic treatment was prescribed based on repertorial analysis, which led to the selection of Phosphorus. The medicine was administered in LM potency along with adjunctive local wound care using Calendula officinalis mother tincture. Progressive clinical improvement was observed, resulting in complete epithelialisation over 9 months. Objective assessment using CEAP classification, Venous Clinical Severity Score (VCSS), and Modified Naranjo Criteria for Homoeopathy (MONARCH) demonstrated marked improvement. This case report documents sustained healing of a chronic varicose ulcer following individualised homoeopathic treatment. While the findings suggest a probable association between the intervention and the clinical outcome, further systematic studies are required to substantiate these observations.
