In this paper the investigator will try to survey the improvement and compare the intelligence of boys in different age groups of students. The data are collected from the Higher Secondary School namely Madhyamgram High School from the district of North 24-Parganas of the state of West Bengal in India. In this study 150 subjects are selected randomly from 10 – 16 years of age group. Subjects are of four different age group such as 10 – 11 years (class – V), 12 – 13 years (class – VII), 14 – 15 years (class – IX), 16 – 17 years (class – XI). The criterion measures adopted in this study is intelligence. The intelligence of the subjects is measured through C. Spearman test of general intelligence. After collecting data the researcher uses the statistical calculation such as mean, S.D., one way ANOVA and ‘t’- ratio. The results of the study indicate that in intelligence, the students of class – XI is better than class – V, VII & IX students, and class – IX is also better than class – V & VII group of students. From the observed results, it is found that in intelligence score between classes – V & XI is more significant difference at 0.01 level of confidence. So it appears that in intelligence score the entire three group’s class –VII, IX and XI are significantly better than class – V group.
