This article presents a detailed case study of an innovative entrepreneurial project in Algeria’s foodtech sector: a platform for delivering organic and balanced meals directly to workplaces. In response to the issue of unhealthy eating habits in professional settings and the growing demand for healthy food, the proposed model combines a B2B approach with optimized logistics and a rigorous hygiene and quality control system. Based on a comprehensive business plan, the analysis examines the model’s viability across marketing, organizational, operational, and financial dimensions. Forecast results indicate profitable growth, demonstrating the feasibility of a service with significant social and health impacts. This case provides insights applicable to emerging markets for businesses seeking to reconcile profitability, digitalization, and workplace health promotion.
