PNC Care is major Aspect of mother's Health.with post Delivery Stress we can Tackle pain with Integrative medicine Enhance combine evidence-based traditional systems such as Ayurveda with contemporary biomedical approaches to provide safe, High Quality, and patient-centered care. Objective: The present study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Chaturjat Churna in the management of Sutika Makkala (Puerperal After pains) from an integrative medicine perspective. Methods: A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted on PNC mother women aged 24-28 years presenting with post Delivery pain &symptoms. Participants were randomized into a trial group receiving Chaturjat Churna and a control group receiving Tab Dicyclomine. After pain assessed using standardized grading scales before and after the intervention. Statistical analysis was performed to assess intra-group and inter-group differences.
