Title

PERSONAL FITNESS TRACKER ANDROID APPLICATION USING JAVA

Abstract

This paper presents the development of a Personal Fitness Tracker Android Application built using Java and Android Studio, aimed at supporting users in improving their overall physical fitness. The application functions as an all-in-one fitness companion by integrating step tracking, calorie monitoring, distance measurement, and workout duration analysis. It also includes structured gym exercise guidance, personalized workout challenges, and goal-oriented training programs.
