Abstract Tubal Factor Infertility Constitutes A Major Cause Of Female Infertility Globally. Obstruction Of The Fallopian Tubes Disrupts the Normal Passage Of The Ovum And Sperm, There by Impairing Fertilization And Conception. This Case Report Describes The Clinical Features, Diagnostic Work-Up, And Therapeutic Management Of a Woman Presenting With Tubal Obstruction. According To Ayurveda, Four Essential Factors—Ritu, Kshetra, Ambu, And Beeja are Required For The Establishment Of Garbha. Any Abnormality In One Or More Of These Factors May Lead To Infertility (Vandhyatva). Tubal Factor Infertility Is Considered Under Garbhasambhavak Kshetra Dushti. The Present Case Was Of Tubal Block. Based On The Nidanik Parikshan (Clinical Assessment), The Patient Was Advised Oral Ayurvedic Medicines Including Aarogyavardhini Vati , Kuberaksha Vati, Triphala Guggulu, And Phala Ghrita. Along With Oral Medication Uttar Basti Is Considered One Of The Most Effective Local Therapeutic Procedures To Improve The Quality Of Kshetra, Whether Affected By Doshas . In This Case, The Therapeutic Effects Of Phala Ghrita, Kshara Tail Administered Through Uttar Basti Were Observed To Be Beneficial In The Management Of Fallopian Tube Blockage.
