Traditional parking management is often plagued by manual ticketing errors and the high cost of IoT hardware sensors. This project introduces My Park, a software-centric solution that utilizes a smartphone's camera as the primary data collector for License Plate Recognition (LPR). Built using the Flutter framework and Firebase backend, the system automates vehicle entry, exit, and billing without physical hardware dependency. The platform integrates a real-time occupancy map, Razorpay for digital payments, and an AI- powered chatbot for user support. Evaluation shows that My Park offers a scalable, low-cost alternative for urban environments like Kandivali and Nalasopara.
