Title

A Study on Customer Satisfaction Towards Banking Services with Special Reference to Cuddalore City

Abstract

After the execution of government rules and regulation on globalization and liberalization, the banks provide a numerous number of products and services to the customers. They are forced to draw up innovative customer strategies to achieve their desired results. With a view to providing their customers with the best possible service. The various services offered by the banks can be utilized by the customers only when they are made aware of these services. The banker has to understand the customers’ needs and in the same way, the customer has to what are all the types of services offered by the banks. Increased level of awareness among the customers leads to increased preferences. The purpose of this study is to investigate the preference and satisfaction level of customers towards loans, deposits schemes rendered by private and public banks in Cuddalore district. The present study is to analyze the customer preference and satisfaction towards banking services with both private and public banks in Cuddalore district.
